This Fitspo (with an emphasis on the "positive") and modeling blog is dedicated to all the beautiful fitness girls. This blog does not support eating disorders or an unhealthy lifestyle. The only way to achieve that perfect figure is through a healthy combination of diet and exercise. There is no "ideal" body size or shape as everyone is different so just be the best "you" you can be.
